    Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and returned in their original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced at no cost to you, but you must contact us within 48 hours. If an item is sent in the wrong size or color, we will offer a replacement.


    All items, except for bikini/underwear/earrings/lingerie for hygiene reasons, can be returned as long as they meet the return criteria and the request is submitted within 30 days of receipt.


    If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. We will guide you through the return process. Note that returns can take up to 15 days to reach us.


    Refunds are processed within 10 business days once your return is received. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.


    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours or due to standard shipping. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after cancellation.


    If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, please contact us by submitting a ticket on our website.


    We offer international shipping, and delivery times vary by country. Typically, orders are delivered within 6-12 days from dispatch. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or courier transit.


    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received it after 10 days, please contact our customer support team.


    If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please email us immediately. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct the address.
